Top notch experience with our Dry Guys crew, and their system. It's only been a few days since the install but we're confident in the system they installed and are excited that the basement is dry this morning after a torrential downpour last night that would've normally put 1" of water in the basement. Ian, Kelly, Shane and (1 other guy) were professional the 3 days they were here and left us with 0 questions or any feeling of concern with how the install went. Would call again and recommend to anyone needing professional help with their basement/water issues.

My unit needed cleaning, repair and replacement of the draining line and condenser port, as well as bailing out 42+ gallons of water. Patrick knew exactly what to do and how to proceed.
