Your service tech (Patrick), who I have had serviced the last couple of times was great. He came early, and kept me informed on what he did including checking the system & change the filter! He is very professional & friendly too! He gets a AAA rating from me.

I must say right from the first meeting with my Systems Designer Joe until yesterday when I saw Eric's crew vacuum the steps they used to get to our basement in the church I am extremely impressed. At my age I have dealt with a lot of service companies but none with the quality your company offers. All too often after the sale is made and the homeowner is left to deal with the crew that does the grunt work that is about what you get, a crew that does the grunt work with no ability to deal with the customer. NOT SO with Eric's crew They were polite, eager to please and neat. They explained everything and did everything I asked. They even picked up some branches I had trimmed and took them away without being asked. Steve Bracall and his crew installed a Water Guard system for us last week and did an outstanding job. Steve was knowledgeable and showed expertise throughout the course of the job. Dan, Ed and Anthony did the installation of Waterguard and Sump Pump at my residence. These guys were GREAT. They are extremely hard working guys. The crew did a great job of cleaning up. They brought quite a bit of dirt out of our crawl space, and even asked us where to put it! They were very professional, and were fairly quiet. You may use us for a reference at any time.
