Your rep that answered my call understood the urgency and said she would check her boss could I wait. She made an appt.for the next a.m. Ian was fabulously thorough and made sure I understood everything he was suggesting. Carl was responsible for performing the work and again showed me what he was doing and why. The neatness of his work was like he had never been there. Follow up calls were made by John before the work to verify the job. Anyone that doesn't use this company for their basement needs is wasting their time. DryGuys are beyond great! And I forgot to say that the price didn't break the bank. Thanks you SO much.
