I am very pleased with the work that was done in my basement. So far, it has solved my water issues, but I still see moisture on the walls in one basement corner.
I think Chas Minix was the call representative. I felt comfortable enough to call Chas at anytime if I had any questions. He was always patient and professional.
I think that would be Ian Gattuso. He gave an excellent presentation and explained my options in detail. Ian gave me some ideals about how I could utilize the space better in my basement!
Oh my, what can I say about the crew? Only that Jesse B and Crew were simply great! Jesse took time to go over everything with me and answered questions, I mean all my questions!!! They did what they said they were going to do and did an outstanding job. Overall, I'm very pleased with everything!
Jesse B. and Crew were simply fantastic cleaning up and putting things back. They were very considerate and respectful of my home. I really do appreciate that.
