This basement would seep water from the basement window into the home located in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. This was due to the window well filling up with water during heavy rain storms and not having any means of reaching the drainage system. After calling Quality 1st Basement Systems, a WellDuct Window Well Drain was installed to catch the seeping water and direct it to the already installed drainage system. The WellDuct's low profile design allows room for a finished wall to be placed over it so the basement looks great too!

Wayne and Sandra C. wanted to make sure their basement was waterproofed in the most efficient way possible. That's why they called Dry Guys, knowing they are the most responsible waterproofing experts around!
One of our top System Designers, Ian Gattuso, met with them to see how we could be of service. He recommended our WaterGuard perimeter system, paired with our SuperSump, in order to direct any water entering the basement back outside. The couple also chose to have a RainChute installed, which attaches to their gutter so that rainwater stays far away from the house instead of pooling on the outside of the foundation. They also opted for a FloodRing around their water heater, which will stop the basement from flooding if the heater begins to leak.
Thanks to the Dry Guys Team, Wayne and Sandra know their basement is no longer in danger of collecting water, which saves their foundation in the long-term, as well as the overall quality of their home.
