This Galloway home had a lot of humidity, suspected to be coming from the damp crawl space below the house. Our team encapsulated the crawl space with SilverGlo insulation as well as blocking off the vents. New crawl access, well, covers, and door were also installed to the space.
This Galloway homeowner had a large crack in their basement wall, creating a structural problem as well as putting the space at risk to water seepage. Our team used our effective crack repair system, FlexiSpan, to cover and fill the crack, eliminating the problems that had come with it.

With Ian’s recommendations, Karl Jones and his crew came in and began the installation process. In order to drain the layer of water and prevent its future presence, CleanSpace Drainage Matting was applied. This special matting would help eliminate the water and prevent moisture from entering the home as well. Along with the matting, a SilverGlo Vent Block and joist bay were also installed for future protection against water threats.
