Room with Old Dehumidifier
This old, unplugged dehumidifier wasn't doing enough to keep this area dry. The Dry Guys crew installed a patented SaniDry dehumidifier to deal with the mold and moisture issues.
Smart Vents
To deal with inevitable flooding in this area, the building has installed Smart Vent flood vents. The only FEMA accepted and ICC-ES certified flood vents.
