Wet and Nasty Crawl Space
After years of water damage, this home's crawl space has now become a home for trash and mold.
Previous Home Owner's DIY Repair
It's amazing how far someone will go to avoid their structural problem. Here you can see a car jack post the previous home owner tried to use to support his foundation. These posts hold very little weight, have poor stability and are difficult to adjust. Also, this won't compensate for poor supporting soils in the crawl space.
SmartJacks Leading from the Crawl Space
Here we can see two of out SmartJack support posts. SmartJack supports correct problems such as sloping and overly springy floors, interior wall cracks, and out-of-level level door frames.
SmartJack within the Crawl Space
Because of its design, the SmartJack can be adjusted over time to provide additional straightening and leveling action if necessary.
SuperSump and Sanidry Dehumifiier
Here we can see the SuperSump Sump Pump System and the SaniDry XP Basement Air System. Not only does the SaniDry dehumidifier cover four times more area than the standard dehumidifier, it improves air quality and drains directly into the sump pump so it never has to be emptied. The SuperSump is capable of discharging 2,220 gallons of water per hour and once quipped with an optional battery backup system, on a single charge it can pump out 11,500 gallons or more!
