Installation of the SmartSump Sump Pump
Without a sump pump, the crawl space was still vulnerable to groundwater, as well as unnoticed plumbing leaks. Dry Guys Basement Systems addressed this need with the SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump. Equipped with a cast-iron Zoeller® sump pump, a reliable liner, a sump alarm, and an optional battery backup sump pump, it's exactly what was needed to ensure a dry crawl space all the time!
Installation of SmartJacks
With the installation of SmartJacks, it not only provided supplemental support to the failing structure, it also lifted the failing floor beams, restoring them to their original position.
Sagging Support Beam
Sometimes, crawl space support pillars are built on soils that are not strong enough to support the weight of your home. Over time, these supports will begin to sink into the soil. As they do, the floor they hold up will sink as well, leading to uneven floors and interior wall cracking. This sagging support beam is directly under the kitchen and living room of this home and is causing the floor to angle downward into the crawlspace.
Later that year...
After we installed the SmartJacks to this home, fixing the structural problem, the homeowner called the Dry Guys Team back to help with his humidity problem and turn his crawlspace to a clean and usable storage area.

The Installation of the CleanSpace liner
This durable, bright white crawl space liner installs on the walls and floors, preventing water vapor and humidity from passing through. By keeping the crawl space dry, the home is protected from mold and rot.
The Installation of the Dehumidifier
The SaniDry CX Dehumidifier is a powerful dehumidification system that has been specifically designed for the unique environment provided by a basement or crawl space.
A Completed Crawlspace
With the combined efforts of the SmartJacks, CleanSpace, SmartSump, and Sanidry, this home's crawlspace is structurally sound, dry, and ready for safe storage thanks to the Dry Guys Team.
