This Deerfield basement had large horizontal cracks along the cinderblock walls. These cracks had caused major water issues within the basement, especially along the main wall. Our team installed a line of our WaterGuard drainage system along the main wall, and connected the line to a new sump pump system, which was placed in the corner. This wall had also begun to bow from the combination of water seepage and the cracks, so four Power Braces were installed against the wall to strengthen and support the foundation.
