An example of the Problem
This photo is an example of how uneven the floors can become while the house is sinking. It may not be noticeable at first glance but put a level on the floor and the issue is clear.
How we Raise the House
Our piers are strategically positioned to provide maximum lift for the home.
Letting Sparks Fly
We grind down the excess piering, sitting flush with the floor.
Filling in the Empty Holes.
We fill in the holes with concrete leaving a clean and even surface.
Finished Product
This is what the floor looks like once we're done. We fill in the holes with concrete to provide a clean finish!
Result of House Shifting
You can see how much the wall moved that day. The gap in between the vent and corner piece is the result of our piering.
Uneven Doors
The sinking of the slab caused the doors to fall out of alignment with their frames making them difficult to open and close.
