Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Encapsulating a Leaky Crawl Space in Williamstown, NJ

This Williamstown homeowner had only lived in the home for a year, but the entire time the crawl space had moisture issues. With a recent storm, the homeowner found that roughly 5 inches of water made its way into the space and flooded it. To ensure this does not happen again, our team encapsulated the space with our Clean Space vapor barrier, along with lining the walls with our SilverGlo insulation. A Smart Drain was also installed, which functions similarly to a sump pump. This well would collect any condensation or water on the vapor barrier and expel it.
