Old Sump Pump Pit
The old sump pit before the new SuperSump system was installed by our team.
Efflorescence on Basement Walls
The white residue is known as efflorescence, and is the leftover salt/minerals from water, showing that the walls were wet at some point in time. This is a tell-tale sign that water had been seeping into the basement.
Efflorescence Present on Basement Walls
Another photo of efflorescence on these Vineland basement walls. When basement walls become wet, or water seeps in, it often leaves behind salt and minerals, causing the white residue.
Installed Sump Pump System
A new sump pump was installed along with our WaterGuard and a drain around the appliances.

CleanSpace Wall System
Our CleanSpace wall system was installed along the basement walls to prevent moisture, and to guide any water seeping through the walls to the WaterGuard below.
