This homeowner had lived in the home for 3 years, and her basement water problem was "fixed" 4 times before, but no results were seen. Fed up, she called Dry Guys to solve the water issues once and for all, and prevent any future seepage and leaks. Our team installed our WaterGuard drainage system with a sump pump in the basement, and encapsulated the crawl space with our Clean Space vapor barriers to ensure it stays protected, sealed, and of course dry!

Fully Encapsulated Crawl Space With Smart Drain

The crawl space was encapsulated with our CleanSpace Vapor Barriers, and a Smart Drain was installed to prevent water leaks. Any vents were sealed as well.

Cemented and Installed Drainage Feed Line

This feed line was installed in addition to our WaterGuard drainage system to ensure any water is expelled from the basement. The cement in the photo was in its drying process.

Exterior Discharge IceGuard

All of the water collected by the basement's new drainage system comes out of these ports, and is lead through an outdoor buried discharge line to be expelled, much like a gutter!

Fully Encapsulated Crawl Space

The crawl space is now fully encapsulated with our Clean Space vapor barriers.
