Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Bridgeton, NJ

This homeowner had been living in their home for over 50 years, and thought it was time to sell it. However, the basement had a constant issue of flooding for decades, and the homeowner explained water would leak in from the windows, the walls, and the floor. Our team completely waterproofed the basement by replacing the window wells first, then installing our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement to function similarly to a french drain system. This was then connected to a new sump pump system, ensuring water is properly drained and expelled from the basement. Lastly, our crew lined the walls with our CleanSpace wall system to function as a vapor barrier, catching any moisture on the walls and directing the water to the WaterGuard below.
