Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing in Mays Landing, NJ

This house was bought in 2018 with no problems, but in 2019, the basement started to have issues with water coming in periodically from 3 certain spots. Though there was a functional sump pump in the area, it was not able to get the water out fast enough which meant that sometimes there would be around a foot of water inside.

Before Working on Basement

New Sump Pump Installed

A new Sump Pump was installed here to help get rid of the water that comes in.

Wet Basement Floor

The water that was coming in can be seen on the floor of the basement.

SaniDry Installed in Basement

To help with additional moisture that could be coming inside, we installed our product SaniDry XP Dehumidifier. The product can be seen at the right.

ThermalDry System Installed

As a finishing touch, our ThermalDry Wall System was installed. This product does not only reflect heat back into your basement but it also keeps moisture and water out that could be coming through the walls.
