Classroom Hallway Prior to Demolition
Pay attention to this picture. This exact angle will be shown a few times here during the length of the project. I believe this shows the best representation of how much the space changes.
Classroom Hallway Prior to Demolition 2
In the next picture, you will see what this space looks like with the walls and door removed from the space. Behind each door is a spacious classroom, each wet from groundwater seepage which has left a very must and unpleasant smell. Members of our team experienced stuffy noses and sneezing after a short time. Years of water intrusion had damaged the overall air quality throughout the church.
Classroom Hallway With TripleSafe
Here is that hallway again with our pump now installed.
Window Wells Prior to Thier Installation
This line of windows all lead to the downstairs classrooms. Once replaced, the space will be more energy efficient and will provide daytime light.
PowerBraces 2
Our braces are mounted and concreted into the floor to provide a strong and permanent fix.
The New TripleSafe
With the old pump pull, our TripleSafe System takes sump pumps to the next level. With 3 pumps and a battery backup unit, and a full perimeter system in place, water will no longer be around long enough to cause further damage.
Window Wells During the Install
At this point, the old window wells have been dug up and the new well we're put into place.
Completed WIndow Wells
Here are the window wells fully installed and the area cleaned up.
Old Sump Pump
Here is a closer look at that same pump.
After Demolition
With the walls removed, our team will have an easier time navigating and moving products and debris
Wet Class Room Before Demolition
This room, as well as many others, is scheduled for demolition, leaving only the foundation walls. The pump that can be seen in the corner will be replaced with our Triple Safe Sump pump System.
After Demolition 2
Here is another angle of the space. With all the walls torn down, it makes a pretty big difference.
PowerBrace Support Beams
Our PowerBrace System was installed towards the front of the building. A horizontal crack threatened the structure with bowing walls. Our PowerBrace System is made to freeze the wall in place. Over time, the wall can be put back into its original position.
