Moving Stone
Here our guys move approximately 23 tons of stone into the crawl space.
Spreading Stone
Our drainage matting requires a layer of stone to be spread through the crawl space. Our crew member Ian can be see dumping another sleds worth of stone.
Dehumidifier And Sump Pump
Our patented products easily keep this home dry. Our SanidDry Dehumidifier (left) keeps moisture down while simultaneously purifying the air. It is a self-draining unit that leads to our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This large liner holds two powerful pumps, a battery backup, and an alarm to signal if water has risen past the point where the pumps should have turned on.
Keeping Water Our Of The Crawl Space
The raised dimples on our CleanSpace Drainage Matting gives the water flooding into your crawl space a channel to flow to the sump pump liner.
Clog Resistant Discharge Line
Our IceGruard Discharge Line is designed to still drain even if the pipe freezes. Slots cut into the fitting allow water to exit the home without backing up the pump. This prevents the pump from burning out and the crawl space flooding.
Wet And Mold Crawl Space
Water seepage from being close to the shore continually flooded this crawl space. The high humidity levels caused by this created a musty odor under the house.
Flooded Crawl Space
Here is a piece of the home insulation that had fallen and submerged underwater.
Keep Water Away From The Home
Our discharge lines lead to the town's storm-vents. This ensures there will be no run-off back into the crawl space.
