Very helpful in scheduling regular maintenance appointments and repairs. Always extremely friendly and pleasant.

Carlito Charlton performed the intial evaluation of our dehumidifier and found an overheating compressor. He explained everything fully and offered possible replacements vs. repair. Carlito also returned to install our new dehumidifer, set it up in the best way for our crawl space, and explained how to work it. Carlito always shows up on time. He is very pleasant and hard-working and seems to know what he is doing. I will ask for him by name for our maintenance appointments.
