We had scheduled our annual maintenance of our sump pump and the worker was a no-call/no-show for the appointment. Twice. Both times we had to reach out to the company to find out there was technical and personal issues that the worker was unable to make our appointment. We were disappointed but rescheduled a third time. This time the worker, John McBride, showed up exactly on time, was so kind and professional and was easy to talk to about our concerns. The maintenance was completed quickly and without charge. This made up for our troubles. John McBride restored our satisfaction with the company honestly!
