David is such an asset to your company. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. When he came out to look at the problem, he had a lot of patience with the neighbor behind us being arrogant & beligerent. He kept explaining over and over it wasn't a grading issue because it eas not new construction. David has always been courteous and professional.
