Failing Sump Pump
This home had a sump pump from another company but also had our SaniDry dehumidification system. Inevitably, the sump pump failed, and the crawl space flooded and submerged the SaniDry that was already installed.
Laying the Stone for the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
To protect the crawl space against moisture, the Dry Guys team installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. Here you can see the stone being laid out to create an even surface for the liner to lay on.
Moving the Stone into the Crawl Space
Dry Guys Crew Team 2 moving over 17 tons of stone to the crawl space.
The Ruined Sanidry
This Sanidry was completely submerged underwater during the flood from the "other" guys failed sump pump, ruining it.
The Dirty Filter from the SaniDry
The filter within the SaniDry was never changed since 2004 when it was installed. Here you see ten years' worth of dirt. Dry Guys offers an Annual Maintenance Program for system checking the SaniDry, all sump pumps, and your install. This can help prevent system failures and keep your system running optimally.
